I spent so much time going on about how great the Biltmore is, I forgot how special things are in the Brandywine Valley. The Whiz has an annual pass to Longwood Gardens just 10 minutes from Wilmington. We go there every week. As wonderful as the Biltmore is in every way, Longwood Gardens out-does it, when it comes to walking around the gorgeous fountains, the conservatory and botanical gardens. Of course, I have to learn to “hold it” when we are there. I would hang my tail in shame, if I ever went on the lawn. I just don’t drink very much before we go. Makes things easier
